We are excited to announce the opening of a unique restaurant by an amazing group of restauranteurs with incredible backgrounds and gracious spirits.

Laurel will open in late 2025 in the Corbin District. The restaurant is driven by seasonal ingredients and powered by a wood-fired kitchen serving lunch and dinner. The style of service will be casual, done fine with warm and honest hospitality. The menu will evoke a sense of community through contemporary American dishes that are meant to be shared. The beverage program will offer curated and classic cocktails along along with beers and wines that pair best with the food.

Laurel is operated by MMM Hospitality, led by Brittany Moreno, Emily Muñoz, Daniel Moreno & Christian Muñoz. The MMM team aims to build environments that promote community through food and beverage.
